This centrally located hotel allows you to easily explore all that London has to offer. With its close proximity to the tube and central London attractions, it's the perfect base for your stay. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The friendly staff is always ready to assist you with any needs or concerns. Plus, the inclusive breakfast offers a variety of delicious options to start your day off right.
There were a few minor issues with the room, such as loose light fittings and non-functional USB ports, which were reported to the staff upon checkout.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Marble Arch station and shopping street. It's situated in a calm area and a quiet neighborhood. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good.

I had a great stay here. The location was convenient, close to a tube station and within walking distance to Hyde Park. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing me with an iron and ironing board upon request. The room was well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and free toiletries. The restaurant on site was a nice touch and room service was available 24 hours a day. The rooms were soundproofed, meaning I could enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.
I would recommend this hotel to families.

Excellent service provided. I requested for a room with an opening window as I'm a medical professional and need fresh air to breathe, and the staff were very helpful and moved me into a lovely room. They even provided me with a complimentary breakfast in their restaurant which was very tasty. Before checkout, I received a phone call asking if I needed any help with my luggage as well. I highly recommend this hotel.
