The rooms are cozy and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The friendly staff is always ready to assist you with any needs or concerns. Plus, the inclusive breakfast offers a variety of delicious options to start your day off right.
There were a few minor issues with the room, such as loose light fittings and non-functional USB ports, which were reported to the staff upon checkout.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Marble Arch station and shopping street. It's situated in a calm area and a quiet neighborhood. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good.

I had a great stay here. The location was convenient, close to a tube station and within walking distance to Hyde Park. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing me with an iron and ironing board upon request. The room was well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and free toiletries. The restaurant on site was a nice touch and room service was available 24 hours a day. The rooms were soundproofed, meaning I could enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

Excellent service provided. I requested for a room with an opening window as I'm a medical professional and need fresh air to breathe, and the staff were very helpful and moved me into a lovely room. They even provided me with a complimentary breakfast in their restaurant which was very tasty. Before checkout, I received a phone call asking if I needed any help with my luggage as well. I highly recommend this hotel.
